Responsibility
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients in the AIDC, barcode, and CCTV sectors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support, including product configurations, compatibility checks, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in Bali.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AIDC, CCTV, and related fields.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation for clients.
- Assist in training clients and internal teams on product features and best practices.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, presales, or solutions consulting in AIDC, barcode, or CCTV industries.
- Strong understanding of handheld communication devices, barcode scanners, displays, and surveillance systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AIDC, CCTV) are a plus.
