Responsibility
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Design and develop system specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams to guide development teams.
- Evaluate existing IT systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions to meet business objectives.
- Work closely with software developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed IT solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN) and requirements management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database management, SQL, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
