Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure smooth daily operations and system uptime.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software.
- Ensure data integrity, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement measures to protect company assets.
- Train and mentor IT staff to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Proven experience with IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, firewalls, and data protection protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving technological demands.
