Responsibility
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including RFP responses and solution design.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive technologies.
- Assist in creating technical documentation and proposals.
- Support post-sales technical discussions and handover to implementation teams.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in presales, technical sales, or solution engineering.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
