As a Technical Officer, you will serve as the bridge between our engineering teams and clients, providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting complex systems, and contributing to the development of next-generation control solutions. Responsibility
- Provide direct technical support for hydration and lighting control products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system calibrations for complex control systems.
- Deliver technical training and product demonstrations to clients, distributors, and internal teams.
- Assist in the design and testing of new product features, providing feedback to R&D teams.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive products to recommend innovations and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international technical standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, field service, or product development for control systems.
- Strong understanding of hydration systems, lighting controls, or building automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, software, and technical documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support, training, or product demonstrations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
