Responsibility
- Oversee daily technical operations at the project site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, documentation, and progress updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement technical strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical standards, safety protocols, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in technical software and tools relevant to the role (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry practices in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work on-site as required.
