Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing financial software solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to banking and financial compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability for financial applications.
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in fintech and digital banking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in banking/financial services software (e.g., payment systems, core banking).
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python, and modern frameworks (Spring, Django, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
