Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality technical training on UPS, power distribution, and monitoring systems to internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Develop and update training curricula, manuals, and multimedia materials to reflect the latest industry standards and product advancements.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments to ensure participants achieve competency in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices in all training sessions to minimize risks in real-world applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to incorporate feedback and emerging technologies into training programs.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Travel regionally or internationally as needed to deliver on-site training and support key projects.
- Maintain records of training activities, certifications, and participant progress for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training, power systems, or UPS maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical principles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience with e-learning platforms or digital training tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
