Responsibility
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site, fostering a zero-incident culture.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, financial updates, and stakeholder communications to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and optimize project costs.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure) on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
