Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure product compliance and performance.
- Develop and implement engineering processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential issues to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Maintain documentation and reports to track project progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali.
