Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment used for secure logistics operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment adheres to company and industry safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the proper use and maintenance of handling equipment.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for equipment upkeep.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in handling equipment technology and recommend upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial or logistics handling equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in logistics or secure transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.
