Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for high-performance server and rack solutions to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous product improvement.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability, reliability, and performance considerations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for hardware and software testing.
- Mentor junior test engineers and contribute to best practices in testing methodologies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in server and rack solutions to drive innovation in testing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in test engineering, preferably in server, rack, or high-performance computing environments.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Jenkins) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Perl).
- Strong understanding of hardware testing methodologies, including functional, performance, and stress testing.
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and familiarity with hardware-software integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
