Responsibility
- Master core manufacturing processes and quality control standards in medical device production.
- Participate in cross-training across multiple departments (e.g., production, logistics, maintenance).
- Shadow technical specialists to learn troubleshooting, equipment calibration, and process optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean) initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Assist in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and material flow analysis.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and propose process enhancements.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Complete leadership development modules and present project outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with internships in manufacturing are encouraged.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving in technical environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, GMP/ISO-regulated environment with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (local candidates preferred).
