Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of material requirements to support production demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and material movements.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve any material shortages or delays.
- Generate reports on inventory status, material usage, and supply chain performance.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to material handling and storage.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is a plus.
