Join Cowater International as a Technical Evaluation Panel Specialist focused on office fit-out projects. As a licensed architect or engineer with a keen eye for detail, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing contractor proposals, design submissions, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes. Your insights will drive the approval of high-quality, functional, and aesthetically superior office environments.

Responsibility
- Evaluate office fit-out design submissions for compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Assess contractor proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and material selections, to ensure feasibility and quality.
- Conduct space planning reviews to optimize functionality, workflow, and ergonomic efficiency in office layouts.
- Provide technical recommendations for design improvements, sustainability, and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design conflicts or compliance gaps.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports with clear justifications for approvals, revisions, or rejections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies in office fit-out and interior design.
- Ensure all evaluations adhere to international best practices and Cowater International’s quality standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed architect or engineer with a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in office fit-out design, evaluation, or project management.
- Proven expertise in compliance assessment (e.g., local building codes, ADA, fire safety, sustainability standards).
- Strong knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, and commercial interior design principles.
- Experience reviewing contractor bids, technical drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
