Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope.
- Collaborate with technical teams, including developers, engineers, and architects, to drive project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to minimize project disruptions.
- Implement best practices for project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of multi-technology solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
