Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP/HCM modules tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and data analytics to enhance business decision-making.
- Support data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle applications, providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle systems with third-party applications.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and user guides for internal and client reference.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and demonstrate system functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle updates, patches, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Oracle ERP/HCM (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or database management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
- Prior internship or project experience in enterprise software, IT consulting, or system integration is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel occasionally for client engagements.
