Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and innovative technology solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and align them with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including RFPs, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the technology or ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
- Familiarity with government or corporate procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
