Responsibility
- Assist in the deployment and testing of digital systems to ensure seamless integration with existing operations.
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for internal knowledge bases.
- Support the rollout of software updates, patches, and new features in collaboration with senior staff.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies or areas for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends or inefficiencies in operational workflows.
- Assist in user training and onboarding for new digital tools or platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of software development, databases, or IT infrastructure (coursework or projects).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SQL, or scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.
