Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of premium tea-based beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries, and provide expert recommendations on tea and bakery pairings.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the tea station and throughout the dining area.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and manage cash/digital transactions with integrity.
- Monitor inventory of tea leaves, syrups, milk, and packaging, reporting replenishment needs to the manager.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed to maintain a healthy environment.
- Assist with the display and merchandising of fresh bakery products to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cafe, bakery, or food and beverage setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with international tourists and locals.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the stamina to work in a high-volume retail environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and daily inventory reporting.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new recipes and service techniques.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for tea culture and artisanal baked goods.
