Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality.
- Coordinate project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a call center or customer service environment.
