Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to provide necessary support and resources to meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales support processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
