Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise floor staff to deliver seamless, unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Monitor venue safety protocols and ensure strict compliance at all times.
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching and training to new team members.
  • Oversee daily operational workflows, including check-ins, safety briefings, and crowd management.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professional composure.
  • Coordinate staff rosters and breaks to maintain optimal service coverage.
  • Maintain high cleanliness and equipment maintenance standards across the facility.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Flexible availability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and participate in an active, fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
