Responsibility
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of overdue accounts to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
- Document all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment arrangements in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and finance, to address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer payment behaviors and recommend strategies to improve collection efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to collections and debt recovery.
- Provide regular reports on collection performance and account status to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
