Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of call centre agents to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and training programs.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues professionally.
- Track and report key performance metrics to senior management.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
