Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Manila Compliance team, ensuring high performance and adherence to healthcare compliance standards.
- Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their compliance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to align compliance strategies and address any regulatory concerns.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and escalations.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and ensure team adherence to new requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance in a compliance-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CHPC) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
