Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of cost match specialists, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end Cost Match process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and financial documents.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost matching procedures, reducing errors and enhancing compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Procurement, and Vendors, to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track team performance and process effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in financial processing.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members and keep them updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial processing, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of cost matching, invoice processing, and financial compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
