Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Conduct regular audits to verify financial data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a consulting or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
