Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for clients.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Support audit processes by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of accounting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting standards (e.g., PSAK).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
