Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze franchisee financial performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and franchisees to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct regular audits to verify financial data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for operational improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus.
