Responsibility
- Manage all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and budgeting for Kinderland Vietnam.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Oversee HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement financial and HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Support strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and HR management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
