Responsibility
- Lead and execute audit engagements for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with international auditing standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and other relevant documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify and assess financial risks, providing actionable recommendations to clients to improve their financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax and advisory services, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Mentor and train junior audit staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposals and presentations, to expand the firm's client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in external auditing, with a strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures.
- Proven experience in leading audit engagements and managing client relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites within the region.
