Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize organizational performance and growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
