Responsibility
- Process and reconcile incoming payments from clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Generate and send invoices to clients, following up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and initiate collection efforts as needed.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all accounts are reconciled.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving billing issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
