Responsibility
- Assist TCM practitioners in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Greet and register patients, manage appointment schedules, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide basic patient care, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for treatments.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of herbal remedies and other TCM treatments under the supervision of licensed practitioners.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
- Educate patients on TCM practices, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a TCM clinic or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Basic knowledge of TCM principles and practices is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other local languages is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
