Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals on radiology equipment and software.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for product launches and market penetration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product features and identify market needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in radiology and medical imaging.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of radiology equipment at client sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology, medical imaging, or a similar technical role in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of radiology equipment (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound) and DICOM/PACS systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally to other Southeast Asian markets.
- Certification in radiologic technology or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
