Responsibility
- Oversee and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Manage tax audits and resolve discrepancies with tax authorities.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
- Supervise and mentor junior tax accountants, providing guidance and training.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for tax reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax-related documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in tax accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
