Responsibility
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for tax audits.
- Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits or inquiries.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure company adherence.
- Support the finance team in reconciling tax accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare tax-related reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data for tax reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in taxation (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
