Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports to support decision-making and budgeting.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary financial documentation.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
