Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in corporate taxation? Penta Artha Impressi is seeking a dedicated and analytical Tax Staff to join our finance team at our Head Office in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our tax compliance efforts, ensuring that all fiscal obligations are met accurately and on time. You will work closely with our accounting department to manage documentation, prepare tax filings, and stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong integrity in handling financial data.

Responsibility

  • Prepare and verify monthly tax computations including PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN (VAT).
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly and annual tax returns (SPT Masa & Tahunan).
  • Maintain organized tax documentation and archives for internal and external audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data required for tax reporting.
  • Monitor and update the company on changes in Indonesian tax regulations and their impact on business operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax audits and resolve tax-related inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Reconcile tax accounts and ensure general ledger consistency with tax reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in taxation or accounting.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws (UU PPh, UU PPN, KUP).
  • Proficiency in using e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other DJP online platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Must be willing to be based at our Head Office in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
