Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction records to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with tax consultants to manage local tax filings, including PPh and VAT.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Streamline internal financial processes to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
- Provide detailed financial reports to the management team to support informed business decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies and Indonesian financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based position with tight deadlines.
- Strong integrity and professional communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification (such as Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
