Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Maintain and organize detailed financial records and accounting documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, utilizing Mandarin for communication where necessary.
- Support the finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred (written and spoken).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Microsoft Excel).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and high organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
