Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize TA systems and workflows to streamline recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Develop and maintain business analytics dashboards to track KPIs, recruitment metrics, and workforce capacity planning.
- Lead process excellence initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, and other TA technologies.
- Conduct data-driven workforce forecasting to align talent acquisition with business demand.
- Train and mentor TA teams on best practices, system utilization, and compliance with global recruitment standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Ensure scalability and adaptability of TA processes to support rapid growth and market changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in TA systems management or process improvement.
- Proven expertise in business analytics, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Hands-on experience with ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo), CRM tools, and HR analytics platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel/Google Sheets for advanced reporting.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on innovation and results.
