Responsibility
- Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of personnel records and movements.
- Develop, generate, and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and optimization.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance HR systems, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
- Automate repetitive HR tasks through scripting or data tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Support compliance by ensuring HR data adheres to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific HR challenges or business needs.
- Train and assist HR staff in utilizing HR systems and analytical tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Data Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or similar role, preferably in healthcare or large organizations.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
