Responsibility
- Design, configure, and maintain HRIS modules for total rewards, including compensation, bonuses, and incentives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize sales incentive programs for accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to track compensation trends, budget utilization, and program effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity by auditing HRIS inputs, troubleshooting discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Support the integration of HRIS with payroll and financial systems to automate rewards processing.
- Provide training and documentation for HR teams and managers on HRIS tools and total rewards policies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in compensation management and recommend system enhancements.
- Assist in compliance audits to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst, Compensation Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of total rewards structures, including base pay, incentives, and benefits.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and SQL queries is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and multi-country payroll systems is advantageous.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or HR technology are a bonus.
