We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships, possesses an eye for hidden talent, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage.

Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct professional assessments and coordinate hiring decisions with key stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional brand image for Santa Great Industry.
  • Facilitate the offer process and coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide weekly reporting on hiring metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight hiring deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office or HRIS platforms.
