You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage.
Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct professional assessments and coordinate hiring decisions with key stakeholders.
- Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional brand image for Santa Great Industry.
- Facilitate the offer process and coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide weekly reporting on hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office or HRIS platforms.
