Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive organization development (OD) strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including KPIs, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
- Build and maintain job descriptions, organizational structures, and career pathing frameworks.
- Analyze employee engagement data to create and execute initiatives that boost morale and retention.
- Provide insightful HR reporting and data-driven recommendations to management regarding organizational health.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on People Development, OD, or Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal systems and competency modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
