Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end employee administrative tasks, including personal files, attendance tracking, and contract updates.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, from posting job advertisements to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update the HR database and employee records with 100% accuracy.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and local labor laws.
  • Handle general administrative inquiries from staff regarding company policies and HR matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various levels of staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
