Responsibility
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to match candidates with role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates on application status.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and report insights.
- Collaborate with HR teams to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
