As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their human capital needs, optimize our employer branding, and streamline hiring processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to ensure departmental KPIs and time-to-hire goals are met.
- Partner with leadership to identify future workforce needs and develop long-term talent acquisition roadmaps.
- Enhance the Gentem Lifelong Learning employer brand to become an employer of choice in the education sector.
- Oversee candidate pipeline health, conducting regular reporting and analytics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Implement assessment methodologies that ensure cultural and technical fit for all new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Full-Cycle Recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable business strategy.
